I installed a computer running XP and some software I wrote to play MP3s.

details
It's a 1994 Mitsubishi 3000GT. 5-speed manual transmission. Bought it about three years ago with the sale of my Accord and some money from my job (of course)
- 225 DOHC V6 (6G72)
- FWD 5spd tranny
- Sitting at 140k miles currently
- Pretty much all stock.
It's pretty fun to drive and sounds great. I get asked often why it isn't a VR4. The cost of ownership with this one is a LOT lower, maintenance is easier, parts are cheaper. For a daily driver it already has way too much power.
upgrades / work
So far I wouldn't say it has upgrades, more just a lot of work getting it back into decent shape. When I bought it the paint was horribly oxidized, especially the spoiler which had lost its clear coat entirely.
First thing I did after cleaning up the car good was to clean it and wax it. The spoiler was beyond repair.
So I wetsanded it, got colormatched single stage acrylic enamel, and resprayed it.

Next was the back bumper, it had faded beyond repair and had some superficial damage (previous owner).
Taking it off took all day, had to drill out and re-tap all the bolt holes.

Here it is with a couple coats of primer. Careful masking is key
With a few coats of the same single stage acrylic enamel. I believe the original paint was also single stage.
This car spent a lot of time in the northern US. Lots of salt.
The original license plate bracket broke in two, so my father and I made up a new one from galvanized steel.

Everything back together with a 1999 rear taillight garnish. Looking great.
Had some trouble popping out of reverse. Had to re-stake the end nut in the transmission.
Still need to replace the underhood shifter bushings.
